# Terms of Service — Dondori

> The plain-language deal for using Dondori. Last updated: July 17, 2026.

These terms cover the Dondori macOS app and the dondori.io website, operated by Dondori ("we"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. Questions: support@dondori.io.

## License

Personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Dondori on Macs you own or control. No reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing, and no circumventing license checks once paid plans exist. Reverse engineering for interoperability, where the law allows it, is fine.

## Beta software

The app is currently in beta and free to use. Beta builds are provided as-is: features may change or be removed, builds expire roughly 60 days after release (the app prompts you to update first), and you should not treat a beta as your only copy of critical data.

## Your data

Everything you put into Dondori — tasks, notes, time entries — is yours. It lives on your device, and we claim no rights over it. See the Privacy Policy: https://dondori.io/privacy.md

## Acceptable use

Don't use the app or website to break the law, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, or interfere with other users of the update and sync services. That's the whole list.

## Payments

Paid plans, when they launch, will be sold by Paddle (paddle.com) as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, invoices, taxes, and payment data under its own terms. Prices shown at checkout before you pay; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

## Refund Policy

If a purchase doesn't work out, email support@dondori.io within **14 days** of the purchase and we'll refund it in full — no questionnaire. Refunds are processed through Paddle back to the original payment method. Where consumer law gives you stronger rights, those apply.

## Warranty disclaimer

The app and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

## Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — or $10 if you've paid nothing. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits.

## Termination

You can stop using the app at any time — your data is on your device and stays there. We may suspend access to online services (updates, sync relay) for devices that violate these terms.

## Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Material changes will be called out in release notes.
